Tuesday morning cheer

I woke up today, Tuesday, in a particularly good mood and I have no idea why.  Hey ride the wave!!!


At some point in the near future We're going to invite over about 12 people to introduce my new tri-tip.  I'm figuring that I'm going to have to make 5 3lb tri-tips to feed everyone, but with the recent money issues I might have to scale that back to 3 and then make 2 rotisserie chickens.

In either case it's all going to come out goooooooooooooddddddd.


Now to work on perfecting my sourdough (which reminds me I need to refresh my starter).

I ran out of steam
